We also offer our exclusive Home Maintenance Service Agreement, designed to provide homeowners with a complete package of exterior home maintenance services. Each of our services can be requested on an ala carte basis with the desired frequency that works best for you. Instead of having to pay for the services as they are provided; we add up the cost of all the services and divide it into twelve monthly payments. The program is completely customized to the homeowner's individual needs.
For example, a typical contract might include quarterly gutter cleaning, bi-annual power washing of the driveway and sidewalk, annual power washing of the exterior home, and bi-annual cleaning of the windows. When you sign the contract, you stipulate which months of the year you want each of the services performed. It's simple, it's easy. With just one company, you can keep your home exterior well maintained.
